My wife and I just had our living trust prepared by Jim Johnson. The document we received was concise, well organized and extremely well written. Having just dealt with a very complex trust document upon the passing of my father, I wanted something more user friendly in my own trust and Jim certainly delivered. I recommend Jim's services without hesitation: we had a great experience.

Jim Johnson is very knowledgeable about trusts and what one should expect while setting up their trusts. He thinks about all unforeseen issues and reviews them with you. Emily is so patient and calm that you really don’t feel that you are talking with an attorney. I highly recommend this law firm

Working with Emily and Jim were such good experiences. Introduction session was very informative. Lots of questions were answered. Concepts that I would have no idea about were introduced and explained to me clearly and relevant. These concepts became very basic, natural and important to know after the explanations. Process of setting up documents were smooth and clear despite large volume of papers and many signatures. Second section was productive. I like the follow-up emails also answering questions that I run into when building up the contents into the Trust. Overall, it was a great experience.
